Life Spark International emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the community, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words. Santosh Kusuma
Board of Directors
Santosh Kusuma, an IT leader and has a passion for helping communities. He serves as a Sr. Executive Leader and volunteers on the board of non-profits, including Life Spark. Santosh believes in constantly learning and improving. He uses his leadership skills to drive business development and expand networks as a board member.
Santosh spends his free time listening to TED talks, admiring great leaders, exploring the outdoors, and volunteering in his community.

Shyam Kumar
Board of Directors
As a passionate project manager, Shyam is driven to build products and services that positively impact lives. With a background in computer information technology and a commitment to ongoing learning, he brings a unique blend of technical skills and creative problem-solving to his role at Life Spark International. Shyam is a proud alumni of the Global Social Benefit Institute (GSBI) and a self-taught English speaker, demonstrating his determination and resourcefulness. In his free time, he indulges his love of reading, always seeking new knowledge and ideas to bring to his work. As a dedicated problem solver, Shyam is committed to using his skills and expertise to drive positive change and make a difference in the world.
Radhika Dhanpal
Public Relations Specialist
Radhika is a seasoned financial advisor and entrepreneur with a strong background in finance and computer science. Starting her career at one of India's leading banks, she honed her skills managing finances for local and international startups and well-established firms. Radhika brings her passion for numbers, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to serving others to Life Spark International, where she continues to make a positive impact. In her free time, she enjoys reading books, and indulging her passion for cooking.
Kate Lloyd
Software Engineer
Kate enjoys making a difference in the lives of those around her and empowering them through technology. She likes to study foreign languages (including Spanish, German, and Japanese), go on hikes in the mountains with her husband, and learn about science in the world around her. Kate has a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering and loves to find opportunities to use her skills to help others.
